For couples & planners
- Do I need an account to browse winners?
- No. Anyone can browse every category and region and watch winning films or view winning photos without signing in.
- How do I find a photographer or videographer near me?
- Use the browse page to filter by region and category, then open any studio profile to see their awards, entries, and contact details.
- Can couples influence who wins?
- No. There is no public voting. Winners are chosen by AI screening against published category criteria, followed by review from a panel of wedding industry professionals.
- How often are new winners published?
- Every month, in every category and every region.
For photographers & videographers
- How much does it cost to enter?
- Entries are paid with credits. A single credit is $10. The 10-pack is $80, which brings each entry down to $8. Most film and photo categories cost 1 credit; a few premium categories cost more.
- Can I cancel a submission?
- You have 30 minutes after submitting to cancel and receive a full credit refund. After 30 minutes, submissions enter the judging pipeline and cannot be withdrawn.
- What file/link formats are accepted?
- Photo entries accept image links (JPG, PNG, WebP) or Instagram / Behance / portfolio URLs. Film entries accept public Vimeo, YouTube, or unlisted-but-viewable direct links. Passwords must be disclosed at submission time.
- When are winners announced?
- Every calendar month. The submission window closes on the last day of the month; AI screening and judge review runs the first week; winners are published mid-month.
- What do I get if I win?
- A downloadable branded certificate (PDF), a shareable badge (PNG), a public verification page at /verify, and a permanent listing on your studio profile. Winners also get 5 bonus credits; runners-up get 1.
Judging & fairness
- Who chooses the winners?
- A two-stage pipeline: (1) AI screening scored against per-category criteria, and (2) a rotating panel of veteran wedding filmmakers and photographers who review the shortlists and pick winners.
- How are ties broken?
- Ties on the human panel's final score are resolved by the panel itself via a dedicated tiebreak review.
- Can a winner be revoked?
- Yes. If a submission is later found to violate rights, category rules, or authenticity, admins can disqualify it and any awarded credits are reversed.
Payments & refunds
- How are payments processed?
- Payments run through Stripe with automatic tax calculation where required. Your card details never touch our servers.
- What is your refund policy?
- Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request. Credits already spent on submissions can only be refunded if the submission is cancelled within its 30-minute grace window.
